  Representing over 23,000 members, the Suncoast Tampa Association of Realtors® is one of Tampa Bay’s largest professional trade associations. The organization advances and promotes the real estate profession through professional development programs, community engagement, and political advocacy; and maintains a high standard of conduct by real estate professionals through professional standards training and administration. Conducting one of its core functions, the association empaneled a member-only candidate screening committee to review questionnaires and interview candidates. Based on her public service, understanding of educational needs in Pasco County, respect for commitment to homeownership issues, and overall knowledge of the real estate industry, the Board of Directors recommends Mollyana Ward.
