Mollyana Ward is an accomplished entrepreneur, strategist, and community builder. A licensed Realtor since 2013 and former Broker-Owner, she partners with LPT Realty to mentor and grow a high performing real estate team. Mollyana serves as Chief Strategy Officer of Icemann Development, where she helps lead community and sports-centric projects across Florida. She is the founder and owner of RAW Space Collaborative, Wesley Chapel’s first coworking space designed to empower small businesses, creatives, and startups.
Mollyana’s leadership extends across every level of the real estate industry. She currently serves as a Florida Realtors Director and sits on both the Tech Committee and the Workforce & Affordable Housing Think Tank. Locally, she serves on the Pasco Public Policy Committee and recently on the Suncoast Tampa Association of Realtors Board of Directors. Since 2017, she has been engaged at both the state and local levels, advocating for families, housing, and responsible community growth. Those who know her best say that “busy people get more done”, and Mollyana proudly fits that mold, balancing leadership, service, and family with focus, productivity and determination.
Mollyana’s passion for education began long before she entered public service. As a mother and former educator, she homeschooled her three sons for a decade after identifying gaps in the traditional system; each son later graduated from Pasco County public high schools. She owned and operated a licensed and accredited childcare facility, Molly’s Corner, earning the State of Florida’s Gold Seal of Excellence and completing hundreds of hours of early childhood education training. She also taught continuing education at Seminole Community College, where she instructed a course called Better Babysitting. Her leadership in that field led to her election as President of the Central Florida Association for Family Child Care at just 22 years old.
Driven by a lifelong commitment to children and families, Mollyana’s community leadership spans faith based, civic, and nonprofit organizations. She has directed children’s and youth ministries, contributed to youth camps and educational programs, chaired the Women of Wesley Chapel initiative for the North Tampa Bay Chamber, and currently serves as a Director of Bridging Freedom, an organization dedicated to the rehabilitation and restoration of young girls who have been victims of human trafficking. Through this work, she has remained a consistent advocate for child welfare, education, and community safety.
Mollyana was honored to serve on a special advisory committee to Congressman Gus Bilirakis and on the transition committee for Pasco County Schools Superintendent Dr. John Legg, bringing her insight as a business leader, a parent and advocate to critical policy conversations.
Mollyana attended Hillsborough Community College, where she studied Mass Communications, later building on that experience with a background in TV and film production, skills that shaped her ability to communicate effectively and advocate for meaningful causes in her community.
Her story is also one of resilience. After losing Ricky Ward Sr., her husband of 25 years to brain cancer in 2019, Mollyana rebuilt her life while raising her family and growing her businesses. She later married Gordie Zimmermann, and together they share a blended family of five sons. Mollyana is a proud “Gigi” to five grandchildren, a role that grounds her commitment to ensuring Pasco schools are the best they can be.
